It is time to check in for your Nationals at Sea Cruise! At this time we are asking all passengers to begin preparing for departure by checking in using the Carnival Cruise Line Online Check In System. By checking in online, you will be able to verify passenger names, view deck plans and help speed along your check in at the ship. Below are instructions on how to use the online system. NATIONALS AT SEA TEXAS 2019: Dance like a true Celebrity on the high seas! Cruise on the Carnival Dream from Texas for a Nationals Experience unlike any other you have attended. THE CELEBRITY SHOW: Watch your Celebrity Faculty take the stage and perform alongside some of our favorite routines. Make sure to have high energy in your routines all week as the Celebrity Judges are keeping their eyes out for routines to be featured in the Celebrity Show! Remember, this is the only Celebrity Event open to the entire ship and over 4,000 guests will be in attendance. Make sure to arrive early to get the best seat in the house!

CHOICE HOTEL OPTION 2: CLICK HERE! The Holiday Inn Galveston is on the San Luis property and is just a short walk to the Galveston Island Convention Center, the location of all Celebrity Land Events. The Casa del Mar Condo Hotel is just a short walk to the Galveston Island Convention Center, the location of all Celebrity Land Events. Your condo can accommodate up to 6 guests. This condo property features a living room with kitchenette, sofa bed, bunk beds for children and a separate bedroom. When booked through Celebrity, parking is included for your stay and during your cruise. Celebrity Shuttles will depart from this hotel and can be booked in May 2019.

INSURANCE: Celebrity highly recommends the purchase of travel insurance. Any person that does not purchase travel insurance will lose all funds if they need to cancel or due to weather. Purchasing insurance will help protect your funds in the event of illness, injury or cancellation. You may use any travel insurance company you wish.

PASSPORTS: Celebrity highly recommends that all U.S. citizens travel with a valid passport. In the event that a passenger does not have a passport, a birth certificate with a photo I.D. will be required. If the United States Department of Homeland Security changes I.D. requirements, you will be required to provide the necessary I.D. to board the ship. Any person born outside the United States must check with their local government for proper identification to travel outside of the United States. Any person that does not have the proper documentation will be denied boarding the ship and no refund will be issued.

How do I book Nationals at Sea?
All reservations for Nationals at Sea must be made through Celebrity. Call the Celebrity Offices today to book at 480.706.8888. Passengers not booked through Celebrity will not be able to partake in any Celebrity Events including, but not limited to, Competition, Master Classes, Celebrity Parties or Celebrity Dining.

How does pricing work?
Pricing is per person, based on the cabin style you select. For pricing details, call the Celebrity Offices today at 480.706.8888.

Do I need a passport?

Transfers, fuel charges, insurance, gratuities and passports.

How much is my deposit?
Deposits are $125-$250 per person depending on time of booking and are non-refundable. A deposit is required at time of booking to secure your stateroom and price. Your deposit will count towards your cruise total.

How do the payment plans work?
Celebrity allows passengers to make monthly, interest-free payments. A minimum monthly payment must be received each month by your due date until your cruise is paid in full. Payments not received on time will incur an automatic $25 late fee. Payments can be made by check or credit card. Payments by credit or debit card will incur a 4% phone service fee.

How do I complete a name change?
Any name changes, including spelling corrections, will be charged a $100 fee after April 1, 2019. Please ensure Celebrity has accurate full legal names and birth dates for all passengers sailing. To complete a name change, please contact the Celebrity Offices at 480.706.8888.

What if I am sailing with a minor?
Each stateroom must have at least one adult, over the age of 25, or all guests in a stateroom must be 21 or over. Children who are younger than 6 months old on the first day of sailing are not permitted to travel.

What if I am expecting a child?
Any guest whom has entered or who will at any time during the cruise, the 24th week of estimated gestational age in her pregnancy, agrees not to book a cruise or board the ship. Guests 23 weeks and 6 days or less into their pregnancy by the end of the cruise are required to provide the cruise line with a physician letter stating that the mother and baby are in good health, fit to travel and the pregnancy is not high risk prior to sailing.

What if I need to cancel?
All cancellations must be received before December 1, 2018.

If you cancel passengers before December 1, 2018, their payments will be applied to the existing reservation as long as 2 passengers are still sailing and at least 1 cabin is booked. If your entire reservation is cancelled the deposit of $125 per person will be forfeited.

PENALTIES STARTING DECEMBER 1, 2018 ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Booking Date-December 1, 2018: If the entire cabin or party cancels, the $125 pp non refundable deposit is lost.

December 2, 2018-January  31, 2019: $100 non refundable per person plus the $125 non refundable deposit. Total not refunded: $225 pp cancelled.

February 1, 2019-March 31, 2019: $300 non refundable per person plus the $125 non refundable deposit. Total not refunded: $425 pp cancelled.

April 1, 2019 through Sailing: No money refunded.

Celebrity highly recommends the purchase of travel insurance. Any person that does not purchase travel insurance will lose all funds if they need to cancel for any reason, including weather.

Get ready to Dance! Competition begins around 12 PM for routines with props and special requests. Join us for competition and Master Classes. Be sure to make some time to hit Pleasure Pier and take a ride on the rollercoaster.

Day 2

Galveston, Texas

Day 2 of land competition will begin at 8 AM for routines with props and special requests. Join us for competition, Master Classes and our Bon Voyage Party. Of course, you will want to enjoy one of the fabulous restaurants in Galveston.

Day 3

Carnival Dream

Your Dream has come true, it is time to say Bon Voyage! Wake up, board the ship and take the day off. Feel free to explore the ship, grab something to eat and enjoy the pool. Be sure to stop by Celebrity Check In to pick up your badges for the week so you can partake in all the Celebrity Fun!

Day 4

Fun Day at Sea

Take part in all the wonderful Celebrity Events on board. In your off time explore the ship, indulge at the spa, take a Celebrity Master Class, meet up with friends for a round of mini golf or just relax poolside. Of course, be sure to cruise down the waterslide!

Day 5

Cozumel, Mexico

Keep on dancing! After competition be sure to check out the sun drenched, sparkling beaches of Cozumel. Shopping, rare reefs and white sandy beaches, what more could you ask for?

Day 6

Progreso, Yucatan, Mexico

Competition in the morning, Mayan fun in the sun in the afternoon! Enjoy the history, beautiful beaches, and cooling gulf breezes Progreso has to offer.

Day 7

Fun Day at Sea

Enjoy the beautiful Carnival Valor as we have a Fun Day at Sea together. Adults, drop the kids off at Camp Carnival for fun and games, and head to the Serenity Adult Retreat. Take a family walk on the Promenade or enjoy the pools onboard. So much to do!

Day 8

Disembark

Disembark the ship in Galveston, travel home safely and get ready for Nationals at Sea 2020!
