THE CHOICE HOTELS: Stay onsite at The Celebrity Choice Hotel where all Celebrity Events will take place. Enjoy the perks of being a Celebrity with discounted room rates. Only book what you need, to allow other guests to secure the group rate. At the time of booking, the hotel will charge a non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s room and tax. Cancellations made within 30 days of your check-in date, will be charged an additional non-refundable charge equal to one night’s room and tax for a total of 2 room nights charged. Reservations for The Celebrity Choice Hotel will open November 2026 for Summer 2027.

INSURANCE: Celebrity highly recommends the purchase of travel insurance. If you need to cancel, please refer to the Celebrity cancellation policy found online or in your contract with Celebrity. If you have purchased or wish to purchase travel insurance, please contact your provider. Purchasing insurance may help protect your funds for covered reasons in the event of illness, injury, weather or cancellation. Keep in mind most insurance providers require the purchase of policies to be completed within a select number of days when the deposit was made which varies by company. How do I book Nationals at Sea?
All reservations for Nationals at Sea must be made through Celebrity. Call the Celebrity Offices today to book at 480.706.8888. Passengers not booked through Celebrity will not be able to partake in any Celebrity Events including, but not limited to, Competition, Master Classes, Celebrity Parties, The Celebrity Show or Celebrity Dining on the ship or on land. It is important to note that this event package will be booked entirely through Celebrity, which is a third-party company, separate from Carnival.

How does pricing work?

Do I need a passport?

What is included?
Your Nationals at Sea package includes admission into the competition, meals, private Celebrity Parties, Celebrity Master Classes, kids club, use of the fitness center and pools, onboard activities, shows and entertainment, beautiful ports of call, port charges, taxes, and much more!

What is not included in prices?
The following are some of the items not included in the package price: transfers, fuel charges, pre- or post-cruise hotels, travel insurance, airfare, gratuities, shore excursions, passports, and other personal expenses.

How much is my deposit?
Deposits are $125–$250 per person, depending on the date of booking, and are non-refundable at the time of booking. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stateroom and applicable pricing. All deposits paid will be applied toward the total cruise balance. Cabins booked after April 1, 2027 require payment in full at the time of booking.

How do the payment plans work?
Celebrity offer passengers the option to make monthly, interest-free payments toward their reservation. The minimum monthly payment must be received by the required due date each month. A $50 late fee will be charged for any late payment. After two (2) missed payments, your reservation will be cancelled, and payments made will not be refunded. If the final payment is not received by the required due date, your reservation will be cancelled, and payments made will not be refunded. Payments may be made by Zelle, check or credit card. A 4% Payment Convenience Fee will be added to all credit card payments to cover transaction costs. A $35 returned-check fee will be charged for any returned payment. All payments are subject to the cancellation policies and deadlines outlined in the reservation agreement.

How do I complete a name change?
Any name changes, including spelling corrections, made after April 1, 2027, will be subject to a $100 fee. Please ensure that Celebrity has the correct full legal name and date of birth for every passenger before this date.

What if I am sailing with a minor?
Each stateroom with an individual under the age of 21 must have at least one adult over the age of 25. Children under six (6) months of age on the first day of the sailing are not permitted to travel due to the infant’s vulnerable health. The availability of medical care at sea or in port may be limited or delayed. Early infant care may specifically require specialized diagnostic facilities and/or treatment that are not obtainable on board the ship.

Do I need a permission form for a minor?
This document is important if you are traveling with a minor, any guest under the age of 21 who does not share your last name, if one parent will be absent from the trip, or if you are chaperoning a minor who is not your child. If any of these situations apply to you, please check back in Spring 2027 to access and print the required form. The Permission Form must be completed, notarized, and brought with you when you travel to the ship. We recommend keeping the original with you in case of an emergency or if verification of guardianship or parental permission is required. If your child has a different last name than you, please bring all applicable legal documentation with you when traveling. Having the proper documentation will help make your international travel experience as smooth as possible and may be required by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Homeland Security, cruise line officials, or foreign authorities.

What if I am expecting a child?
Due to safety concerns, Carnival policy refuses passage to women who have entered the 24th week of pregnancy as of the sail date. All pregnant guests may be required to produce a physician’s letter stating that mother and baby are in good health, fit to travel, and the pregnancy is not high-risk. This letter may also need to include the estimated date of delivery. If you are or will be pregnant by the date of cruise disembarkation, please check Carnival’s policy to see if this may apply to you. Please also notify Celebrity if this applies to you so Carnival can be informed. Carnival may change this policy at any time, in which case, Celebrity will inform you.

What if I need to cancel?
Deposits are nonrefundable at the time of booking. If an individual passenger cancels on or before December 1, 2026, payments made for that passenger may be applied to the existing reservation, if at least 2 passengers remain sailing and at least 1 cabin remains booked on the account.

PENALTIES FOR CANCELLATION ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Booking through December 1, 2026: If the entire cabin or party cancels, the $125 per person nonrefundable deposit is lost.

December 2, 2026–January 31, 2027: $250 nonrefundable per person plus the $125 nonrefundable deposit. Total not refunded: $375 per person cancelled.

February 1–March 31, 2027: $450 nonrefundable per person plus the $125 nonrefundable deposit. Total not refunded: $575 per person cancelled.

April 1, 2027 through sailing: No money refunded.

Celebrity highly recommends the purchase of travel insurance. Any person that does not purchase travel insurance will lose all funds if they need to cancel for any reason, including weather and Acts of God.

CELEBRITY & CARNIVAL:
Nationals at Sea is a Celebrity Dance Competitions event taking place in conjunction with a Carnival Cruise Line sailing. Your Nationals at Sea event package and cruise reservation must be booked through Celebrity. Celebrity is a third-party company separate from Carnival Cruise Line. Booking through Celebrity is required to participate in Nationals at Sea and to attend any Celebrity events, whether on land or onboard the ship. Guests who do not book through Celebrity will not be permitted to participate in or attend Celebrity events. Celebrity is available to assist with your reservation and travel needs.
