All participants must check in Friday evening or Saturday morning at Celebrity & Company. During this time dancers will receive their Celebrity Access Pass, that is needed to attend the event.

CELEBRITY ACCESS PASS
Each Celebrity Convention participant will receive a Celebrity Access Pass according to workshop level. Workshop levels will be selected upon registration. A Celebrity Access Pass needs to be presented before entering each workshop class for each dancer. If participants do not present their Celebrity Access Pass, they will not be permitted into the workshop rooms.

CELEBRITY OBSERVER PASS
Experience Celebrity along with your dancer at Celebrity Conventions. Observer Passes are sold and registered separately from studio registration. To avoid lines when you arrive, purchase your Observer Pass online. CLICK HERE for more information and to purchase your Celebrity Observer Pass. For security purposes, all guests must be registered for the event. Guests without a Celebrity Observer Pass will not be permitted into the event.

LEVELS
There are 6 levels at Celebrity Convention. The ages below are a guideline. Dancer levels should be decided by a teacher or director of their studio. You may only take classes in the level you are registered in. The Mini Level includes 2 half days of classes. Teacher Passes have all access to levels, as well as teacher-only classes and seminars.

• Mini Division 3-6
• Junior Division 7-8
• Intermediate Division 9-11
• Teen Division 12-14
• Senior Division 15 & Up
• Teacher Division

Level changes can be made within the first two classes of the first day of your event. Please notify any Celebrity Conventions Staff Member and they will exchange your Celebrity Access Pass, if necessary. Levels may be combined or adjusted based on enrollment for each event.

STUDIO DIRECTORS AND TEACHERS
Registered Studio Directors and Teachers have reserved seating for both the Celebrity Solo Competition and The Celebrity Show. Reserved seating will be in the front rows for both the solo competition and The Celebrity Show.

All Studio Directors & Teachers are invited to join Drew Phillip and the Celebrity Faculty for Celebrity Club. Contact Celebrity & Company for dates and times. Celebrity Club is a casual opportunity to mingle with other teachers and share your thoughts with Team Celebrity. We hope to see you there!

CELEBRITY FACULTY
Celebrity Conventions are committed to providing a well-rounded group of dance instructors, who expertly teach a wide range of styles, at every Celebrity Event. The Celebrity Conventions Class Schedule will be released prior to each event. Celebrity Faculty is subject to change at any time, for any reason. If necessary, Celebrity Dance will announce any changes to the class schedule or faculty lineup.

DETAILS
By registering, attending, viewing or participating in a Celebrity Event or entering a venue hosting an event, you acknowledge full responsibility and forever release and discharge Celebrity Competitions, Celebrity Dance Competitions, Celebrity Nationals at Sea, Celebrity Travel, Celebrity Conventions, Celebrity Media, Celebrity Carriers, its faculty, staff members, associates, and all venues and theaters from any and all contracts, claims, suits, actions, and liabilities arising from or relating to injuries, accidents or damages from participating or viewing this event. If injury occurs, you understand that Celebrity Dance Competitions, Celebrity Conventions, Celebrity Travel, Celebrity Nationals at Sea, Celebrity Media, Celebrity Carriers, all venues and theaters and the staff of Celebrity Competitions, Celebrity Carriers and Celebrity Media are NOT financially responsible and will NOT offer any reimbursement. You acknowledge Celebrity Competitions and all companies associated have the right to use any forms of media including but not limited to photographs and video in any and all promotional related materials indefinitely. By registering, attending, viewing or participating in a Celebrity Event you acknowledge you have read and agree to abide by all rules and regulations pertaining to Celebrity Competitions. If it is believed by Celebrity Competitions or a Celebrity Staff member that you are in violation of any policies set by Celebrity Competitions, you will be asked to vacate the premises and will leave without hesitation. All entries are final and nonrefundable. Celebrity may change its rules and policies at any time. All rules, policies and laws will be those of Arizona only and no other state laws will apply.

Celebrity Conventions consists of classes in a variety of styles including: Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz Funk, Musical Theatre and more. We recommend dressing with each class in mind. Be sure to bring all the appropriate dance shoes and attire for each style. For example, ballet shoes and form-fitting dancewear for ballet, as well as sneakers and athletic wear for hip hop and jazz funk. Other items to consider bringing are a water bottle, warm-ups, tights & leotards, sweatpants, socks, bandages, healthy snacks, notebook & pen, towel, and hair accessories.

You will have 5-6 classes per day with one break for lunch, which is included in your Celebrity Convention cost. There will be a short break between classes so you can change clothes, grab a snack, or get a drink of water.

Videotaping and photography during convention classes is permitted. Be sure to share your photos and videos and tag Celebrity on social media so we can see the fun you are having. Videotaping and photography during competition, however, is strictly prohibited. If this policy is not followed, your Celebrity Observer Pass will be revoked without a refund. Photo and video policies may change if requested by a Celebrity Faculty or Staff Member. Please contact a Celebrity Staff Member with questions about this policy.

Lunch is included in the Celebrity Convention cost for dancers and will be served during a scheduled lunch break. Please note that NO food will be allowed in the ballrooms. There will be a designated space for lunch to take place.

Celebrity is proud to present competitions and conventions where artists can express themselves freely. While we welcome all styles of dance, we strive to keep our events family friendly. At Celebrity, routines containing inappropriate material for children will be penalized. We realize this is a subjective matter, therefore we have entrusted our Celebrity Judges to use their discretion. If a judge believes a routine is not age-appropriate, points will be deducted. We appreciate your support in keeping all Celebrity Events appropriate for our family viewers.
