Interested in watching your dancers at Celebrity Conventions…Celebrity invites you to join in the fun of a Celebrity Convention weekend by purchasing a Celebrity Observer Pass. Your Celebrity Observer Pass will allow you to watch all levels of classes except the teacher level, watch the Celebrity DanceDown, and enjoy the Celebrity Show. Lunch is not included in the purchase of this pass. Order your Celebrity Observer Pass and we will have it waiting for you at your event for pickup on Friday evening or Saturday morning.
Celebrity Observer Passes are nonrefundable and nontransferable. They cannot be used at any other event or given to another person. When you make your purchase, you must select which event your pass is for and the name you want on your pass. Please make sure the Name for the Celebrity Observer Pass is filled out correctly as this is how your pass will read and the name you will use for pickup. Lunch is NOT included in the purchase of a Celebrity Observer Pass. Celebrity Observer Pass sales will close 1 week prior to your event or as they sell out. If additional passes are available, they will be sold at your event location at Celebrity & Company. Pass styles and look may vary.
Each Celebrity Mini Pass comes with 1 observer pass that is valid for the Mini Room only.
A pass is required to watch the Celebrity Show on Sunday afternoon.
A pass is required for entry into convention rooms. If you have a observer 5 years of age or younger, please contact Celebrity & Company when you arrive.
Observer Pass policies may update based on local gathering rules. These policies may include but are not limited to face coverings, assigned seating and more. By purchasing a Celebrity Observer Pass you agree to comply with these policies and updates.
By entering a Celebrity Event or purchasing a Celebrity Observer Pass, it is understood that Celebrity Competitions, Celebrity Carriers, Celebrity Media, Celebrity Nationals at Sea, Celebrity Travel, Celebrity Conventions, and all of its employees, contractors and staff members are not and will not be held responsible for any injury, accident or financial responsibility. The own insurance policy of the competitor or observer will be the only source of reimbursement. This is the same for audience members, dancers, guests, family, friends, spectators, studio owners and teachers. Celebrity and its partners may use photos and videos from events, competitions, conventions and nationals for promotional use indefinitely. By attending a Celebrity Event, having a dancer attend a Celebrity Event or purchasing a Celebrity Observer Pass, participant agrees he/she has been informed of all policies and rules of Celebrity Dance.
