Celebrity welcomes the highly talented Mariah Spears to our judges panel! Mariah is a professional dancer living in Los Angeles, California. Mariah just completed an international tour with Latin pop group Rebelde which consisted of 54 shows in stadiums and arenas across the United States, Colombia, Brazil, and Mexico. Additionally, she is a Professor of Jazz at Chapman University. Mariah has been featured in commercials such as Marshalls featuring The Voice contestants, Allstate, Sonos’s holiday advertisement, Hollister, SoFi, The Greatest Showman Live, Fujifilm, and others. She has also danced for artists such as Kelly Clarkson and on the TV show Schooled. In 2013, Mariah was a featured performer as one of the top 16 dancers on Fox Television’s season 10 of So You Think You Can Dance. Mariah has choreographed for artists including Warren G and Snoop Dogg. She also has choreographed commercially for brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Nike, and the Oscars. Her work is featured in the movie G-Funk and the musical Teddy’s Café. Mariah graduated from Chapman University in 2016 with a B.F.A. in Dance Performance and clusters in Theater Technology and Honors. Currently, Mariah is traveling and teaching around the world – having taught in Australia, Paris, Shanghai, South Africa, and around the United States. She also owns a dance company called Artist Only that is an in-studio convention that bridges the gap between the studio and the professional world; teaching students on-set experience. Mariah’s extensive experience as a dancer and an educator will help develop dancers at Celebrity!
